Responsibilities

•  Architectural Design: Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and efficient AI architectures for generative models. Ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
•  Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain the generative AI strategy and roadmap. Identify opportunities for leveraging generative AI to create value and drive business growth.
•  Model Development and Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of generative models, including data collection, model training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
•  Innovation and Research: Stay at the forefront of generative AI research and advancements. Propose and implement innovative solutions to complex problems and lead the exploration of new applications for generative AI.
•  Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
•  Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor performance metrics for generative models. Continuously improve model performance and reliability through iterative testing and optimization.
•  Documentation and Standards: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI architectures, models, and processes. Establish and enforce best practices and standards for generative AI development and deployment.

Other Requirements

•  Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
•  Experience:
•  7+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on generative models.
•  Proven experience in architecting and deploying large-scale AI systems.
•  Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g.,TensorFlow, PyTorch).
•  Deep understanding of neural networks, GANs, VAEs, transformers, and other generative models.
•  Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
•  Strong knowledge of data engineering, data pipelines, and MLOps practices.
•  Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
