Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and emerging opportunities.

- Analyze the competitive landscape to understand the strengths and weaknesses of key players in the solar sector.

- Identify and prioritize potential customers through various channels, including online research, networking events, trade shows, and referrals.

- Develop a systematic approach to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target organizations.

- Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to tailor solutions that align with their requirements.

- Set ambitious sales targets and objectives for acquiring new solar EPC customers.

- Provide regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management, tracking progress against goals.


Other Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Proven track record of at least 2 to 3 years in business development, sales, or related roles within the solar sector or a relevant industry.

- Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, EPC processes, and the renewable energy market.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
