Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and voice in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Raise tickets based on customer complaints and ensure they are tracked and resolved.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure that their issues are resolved.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide comprehensive support to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Other Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO or Customer Support voice process.
  • Fresh candidates with excellent fluency in English will be considered.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and queries efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
