Responsibilities

1.     Recruitment and Staffing

•    Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing and selection.
•    Conduct onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are well- integrated into the company culture.

2.     Employee Relations

•    Handle employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues.
•    romote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.

3.     Performance Management

•     Oversee performance appraisal processes.
•     Assist in developing performance improvement plans and career development programs.

4.     HR Administration and Compliance

•     Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
•     Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
•     Maintain HR records and ensure accurate data entry in HRIS.

 5.     HR Projects and Initiatives

•      Participate in HR projects such as policy development, employee engagement surveys, and diversity initiatives.
•      Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to suggest improvements to current HR processes.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
