Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Conduct data migration by extracting data from old software and integrating it into our system using Excel tools.
- Handle after-sales service inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to data migration.
- Manage company accounts, including asset management, tracking, and reporting.
- Follow up on accounts receivable and ensure timely payments from clients.
- Offer fund management advice to optimize financial resources.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and data migration processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure smooth data transitions.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, financial management, and data migration.
- Strong skills in asset management and financial planning.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, especially in managing large datasets and data migration tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer support, data migration, or fund management will be an advantage.
