Responsibilities

•  User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate findings into actionable insights.
•   Design Leadership: Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, including wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity mockups.
•  UI/UX Design: Design and refine user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuringn a seamless and engaging user journey.
•  Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals, gather requirements, and ensure successful implementation of design solutions.
•  Design Systems and Standards: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI/UX standards to ensure consistency across all digital products.
•  Innovation and Best Practices: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design. Advocate for user-centered design principles and practices within the organization.
•  Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Other Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a
• related field.

•  5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects.
•  Proven experience in designing and delivering user-centered digital products.
•  Technical Skills:
•  Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
•  Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or similar.
•  Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex user interactions and translate them into intuitive designs.
•  Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to have

•  Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field.
•  Experience with Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile development processes and the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
•  Usability Testing and Research: Experience conducting usability testing and user research, including creating personas, user journeys, and wireframes based on research insights.
•  Animation and Interaction Design: Experience with animation tools and creating interactive prototypes to enhance user experience.
