Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the IT services industry and build long-term client relationships.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with international clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client solutions and services.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate deals, and close contracts with clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the global market.
  • Lead and mentor the business development team, ensuring that goals are met and exceeded.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Other Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development, with a strong focus on the IT services industry.
  • Proven experience in working with international clients and successfully driving business growth in global markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT services industry, including trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships within the IT industry, particularly in international markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing a business development team.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Good to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience working in a service-based IT company is mandatory.
  • Candidates with a 30-day notice period will be given preference.
