Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and increase revenue for the fitness centre.
• Identify potential clients, build and maintain relationships, and generate leads.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and customer needs.
• Promote the fitness centre’s services through meetings, presentations, and promotional events.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while driving business growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries or concerns.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports to the management.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
