Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure top talent acquisition.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and providing guidance to staff and management.
  • Implement performance management systems, including evaluations, feedback, and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and retention.
  • Lead compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to remain competitive and aligned with company strategy.
  • Handle employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Support senior management in workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of HR Management Experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
