• Address client complaints and grievances promptly and effectively.
• Possess a deep understanding of capital markets or stock markets and other investment products.
• Manage and execute depository settlement activities accurately and efficiently.
• Execute Delivery Instruction Slips (DIS) with precision and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle dematerialisation requests, ensuring accurate processing and record-keeping.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Other Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in client relationship management
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Capital Market / Stock Market Knowledge and broader financial markets.
• Pleasant demeanor and the ability to create a positive client experience.
