Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets in the region.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and training to improve overall performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
