Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of Flutter developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

2. Drive technical excellence, ensure best practices, and maintain high-quality code standards.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, architecture, and technical approaches.

4. Develop and maintain large-scale, complex mobile applications using Flutter.

5. Conduct code reviews, ensure testing and validation, and optimize app performance.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter trends, features, and best practices.

7. Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.

8. Communicate technical ideas and plans to non-technical stakeholders.

9. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Other Requirements

1. 2-5 years of experience in mobile app development, with a focus on Flutter.

2. 2+ years of experience in leading or managing development teams.

3. Strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, and mobile app development principles.

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5. Strong understanding of software development life cycles and project management.

6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Good to have

1. Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Java, Swift).

2. Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Firebase, AWS).

3. Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
