Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Accurately process and document information obtained during calls.
- Assist callers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow predefined scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless call flow.
- Meet performance targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information obtained during calls.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a voice process role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications.
- Excellent English fluency, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with callers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Nursing .
- Prior clinical experience as a registered nurse is usually required, with a minimum of several years of experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex medical information clearly and empathetically.
