Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Sourcing: Partner with the Group CEO to understand high-level business needs and develop strategies to attract top talent for executive, leadership, and specialized niche roles.
  • Executive Search: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for head-level positions, including direct sourcing, headhunting, networking, and engaging with external search firms when needed.
  • Niche Profiles Recruitment: Manage the recruitment for hard-to-fill and specialized roles that require deep expertise, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to the Group CEO and senior leadership, providing insights on talent trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices to influence hiring decisions.
  • Candidate Experience: Create an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring top talent remains engaged and interested throughout the recruitment process.
  • Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, psychometric testing, and reference checks, to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural requirements.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to build and promote the employer brand, positioning the company as a top destination for executive and niche talent.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize data and analytics to track hiring metrics, identify recruitment bottlenecks, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously seeking ways to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.


Other Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in executive search and recruiting for niche profiles.
  • Leadership Recruitment: Extensive experience in recruiting C-level, head, and other senior leadership positions.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of industry-specific talent pools and a network of top-tier candidates within relevant sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives.
  • Proactive and Resourceful: Highly proactive, with the ability to work independently and solve complex recruitment challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion


  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus.
  • Global Recruitment: Experience working in global or multinational companies, with exposure to international talent markets.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-driven platforms, etc.
