Responsibilities

• Operations & Sales: Manage day-to-day customer operations, drive sales efforts, and ensure after-sales service is top-notch.
• Accounting Knowledge: Preference will be given to candidates who can manage office accounts and have a solid understanding of accounting software.
• Field Work: Must be willing to travel for customer training, data migration support, and after-sales services. Minimum 7 days of fieldwork per month is required.
• Customer Support: Provide customer care through phone support and direct on-premise visits.
• Payment Follow-Up & Site Visits: Visit clients for payment collection and support.

Other Requirements

• Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹22,000 per month
• Bond: 1-year minimum bond
• Field Work: Minimum 4 days of field visits each month
• Driving License: Two-wheeler driving license is mandatory
