• Take full ownership of the sales department, driving overall strategy and execution.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Develop and implement innovative sales plans to achieve organizational revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
• Monitor sales performance and analyse market trends to support decision-making.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to optimize overall business growth.

• 8+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the education or training sector.
