Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Schedule and conduct status meetings with appropriate development resources and customers.
  • Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
  • Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
  • Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
  • Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
  • Handle client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Guide and lead team members to deliver products/services that meet or exceed the customer requirements.
  • make sure works with the HK Team is followed properly.
  • Coordinate the meetings and assign the works for trainers.
  • Visit and supervise the work in school.
  • Proficiency in English and good presentation skills.

  • The ideal candidate for the position of Customer Care Executive should possess strong skills in customer handling, customer support, communication, presentation, English language proficiency, customer relationship management, and client management. 
  • The role requires exceptional interpersonal abilities to effectively address customer concerns and provide satisfactory solutions. 
  • Additionally, the candidate must exhibit excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  •  A successful candidate should be adept at managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
