We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a BTech or Diploma in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.

Responsibilities

1.Oversee all aspects of project management from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

2.Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site management.

3.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and work schedules, and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

4.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.

5.Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

6.Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

7.Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to management and clients.

Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are met.

8.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing according to plans and standards.

9.Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.


Other Requirements

1.BTech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

2.Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a preference for experience in interior fit-out projects.

3.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.

4.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

5.Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading and motivating project teams.

6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

7.Proficient in project management software and tools.

8.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project conditions.
