Responsibilities

  • As a Teller/Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for managing a variety of duties to ensure a seamless banking experience for our clients. 
  • This includes providing excellent communication with customers, demonstrating independence in problem-solving, effectively multitasking during peak hours, showcasing strong organizational skills in handling financial transactions, and providing exceptional client handling services. 
  • Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accuracy in cash handling, adhering to banking regulations and procedures, and promoting various financial products and services to customers. 
  • Your role as a Teller/Customer Service representative will be essential in fostering positive relationships with clients and promoting overall customer satisfaction.
