Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of mobile applications.
• Design, architect, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Flutter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, backend, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile apps.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring coding standards and best practices are followed.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and fix bugs in the app lifecycle.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends, technologies, and best practices.

Other Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in mobile application development.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter architecture.
• Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and RESTful services.
• Solid understanding of mobile application life cycle and deployment on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as Firebase or AWS is a plus.
