Responsibilities

  • Identify and Prospect New Business Opportunities: Research and analyze market trends to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and campaigns aimed at generating leads and closing deals.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine the company's service offerings.
  • Prepare and Deliver Presentations: Conduct presentations to clients, showcasing the company’s products and services, and explaining their benefits.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services.


Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Willingness to travel as required
