Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete onboarding of new users through self-sourcing and connectors
  • Manage and complete onboarding of leads passed through digital channels
  • Supervise the field agents with their day-to-day tasks
  • Engage with DSA agents or connectors to get new customers
  • Engage with lender partner teams to sanction loan applications
  • Preparation of regular MIS to keep track of loans and applications
  • Support resolution of queries by the credit team
  • Achieve the targets of disbursement month on month
  • Manage the repayment collections for the delinquent cases
  • Interview loan applicants to determine financial eligibility and provide counsel to the clients on policies
  • Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines.

Other Requirements

  • Education qualification - Any Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience - Minimum 4+ years of field experience with atleast 2 years working in the Loans against property at any banks or NBFCs or   Fintechs
  • Prior experience in the LAP (Loans Against Property) business is mandatory and non-negotiable
  • Passionate about catering to MSMEs, affordable segments with a proven track record of building a quality portfolio.
  • Candidate must have good knowledge in MS Excel (VLookup, Pivot Table etc)
  • Should be willing to travel long distances with the team upto 80-100KM of the operational city via public or private transport
  • Should be willing to travel to another city within the state for short periods when the business requires
  • Must have a Bike/or any two-wheeler, Android Phone, and 2-Wheeler Driving License
  • Should have geography knowledge on the city level
  • Basic local language knowledge
  • Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
