Responsibilities

• Preparation of drawings as per DEWA standards and should know to prepare load schedule.
• Develop detailed electrical designs, including wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Review and update designs based on client feedback and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of shop drawings and technical documents.
• Conduct site visits when required to gather technical information for project designs.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards for all electrical installations.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and documentation.

Other Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Draftsman in the UAE.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting tools.
• Strong knowledge of DEWA standards and electrical load schedules.
• Familiar with power distribution systems and MEP coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
