Qualifications:

* Fluent in English and either Malayalam, Tamil & Kannada (additional knowledge of Hindi is a plus).
* Competent in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred (1 year).
