Responsibilities

Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.

 Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.

 Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.

 Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

 Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.

 Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.

 Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.

 Answering customer queries.

 Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels.

 Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility.

 Handling Drop shipments.

 Reviewing, preparing drop shipment invoices.

 Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

 Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines and tracking of the shipments.

 Addressing and resolving shipment issues.

 Liaising and negotiating with Freight agents.

 Relevant documentation process.

 Coordinating with the Sales team for the smooth shipment from the vendor
