Responsibilities

• Installation Support: Assist in the installation of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment as directed by senior technicians.
• Maintenance: Participate in routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure proper functioning of surveillance systems.
• Troubleshooting Assistance: Help diagnose and troubleshoot basic issues with CCTV systems under supervision.
• Documentation: Maintain records of installations and service activities, including documenting system configurations and client interactions.
• Client Interaction: Support senior technicians in communicating with clients to understand their security needs and assist in addressing inquiries.
• Equipment Management: Assist in managing inventory of tools and equipment required for installations and repairs.
• Learning and Development: Continuously learn about new technologies and best practices in CCTV installation and maintenance.

Other Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in electronics, telecommunications, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Some experience in electrical,electronics or technical roles is preferred, but not required.
