Responsibilities

• The responsibilities of a NURSE - NCLEX-RN Trainer include providing empathetic training to prepare aspiring nurses for the NCLEX-RN exam.
•  Communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively conveying complex information and supporting students. 
• Problem-solving skills are required to address individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
•  Decision-making abilities are necessary to evaluate student progress and adjust training strategies as needed. 
• Time management and attention to detail are crucial for organizing training sessions and monitoring student performance. 
• Leadership skills are important for guiding and motivating students throughout their exam preparation journey.

• Salary: Up to 10 LPA
•  Shift: Evening & Night Shifts
•  Qualification: BSc Nursing + NCLEX-RN Certification
•  Experience: Min. 1 year as NCLEX-RN Trainer
