Responsibilities

  • Promote Credit Card Products: Actively engage with customers to promote credit card products, understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable options.
  • Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers, build a sales pipeline, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Product Presentation: Conduct product presentations and highlight benefits to effectively convert leads into customers.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Collect, verify, and process customer documents in line with compliance standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of customer information.
  • Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the credit card sector.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and communicate insights to the sales manage

Other Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales, preferably in credit cards or financial products.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; customer-focused mindset.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Attitude: Results-driven with a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with credit card products, financial regulations, and customer verification processes
