Responsibilities

  1. Office Management 
  1. Administrative Support
    • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, managing records, and processing paperwork.
    • Prepare, organize, and distribute internal documents, reports, and correspondence.
    • Provide support for scheduling, including meeting setup, event planning, and appointment scheduling.
    • Maintain good relationships with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
  2. Documentation and Record-Keeping
    • Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee records, invoices, and client information.
    • Track and manage contracts, office leases, and other important agreements.
  3. Finance and Budget Assistance
    • Assist in processing invoices, handling petty cash, and maintaining expense reports.
    • Monitor budget allocations for office supplies and administrative expenses.
    • Work closely with the finance department to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies.

Other Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: Minimum of [3] years in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities; professional and courteous in all interactions. Must be able to communicate in Hindi and English
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well within a team and independently; adaptable and responsive to varying tasks.
