Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

· Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of leads and opportunities.

· Analyze market trends and establish competitive advantages for the company.

· Track key metrics to ensure sales targets are met.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.


Other Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development or sales.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

· Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO strategies is highly advantageous.

Key Skills:

· Strategic Partnerships: Research and establish partnerships with potential businesses, coordinate with partners to address needs, and create synergy.

· Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Identify potential leads through various platforms and guide clients throughout the sales process.

· Proposal Generation: Support the RFP team during the proposal generation phase.

· Digital Marketing: Assist in enhancing the company’s social media presence and SEO efforts.
