As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with candidates and external partners to ensure a strong talent pipeline.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to identify and understand the Cyber Security staffing needs and requirements.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for Cyber Security positions.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including databases, online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals and direct sourcing.
• Screen resumes and applications, and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Manage the candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely guidance and support to candidates including answering inquiries, providing feedback.
• Collaborate with the People Operations team to negotiate job offers, facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job-related information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Databases.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market insights related to Cyber Security to effectively identify and assess talent.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and participate in relevant industry events and job fairs to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
• Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to the management team.
