Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
• Support the sales team in client outreach via emails, calls, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings and demos.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate information.
• Help prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to understand service offerings.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client communication.
• Provide reports and updates to the sales team on a regular basis.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (final year result waiting students can also apply).
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
• It would be better if you can handle Hindi as well as Tamil
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of software services and IT industry is a plus.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and tools like LinkedIn, Google Sheets, etc.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
