Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs for current and future openings
• Source candidates through a variety of channels, including social media, job fairs, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and applications to identify the best-fit candidates for open positions
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit for the organization
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Maintain accurate records and reports on recruiting metrics and activities
  

Other Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers effectively
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
