Responsibilities
- Lead the development of web applications using Laravel, PHP, and MySQL
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure architectures
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Meet and exceed performance and productivity target
Other Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Laravel and PHP
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software development principles
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with database design and development (MySQL)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
