Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

* Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.

* Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and enhance overall client engagement.

* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling telecommunications services and products to existing customers.

* Monitor customer feedback and industry trends to in form product development and service enhancements.

* Prepare reports and presentations on customer relationship metrics and outcomes for senior management.

*Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their service usage and discuss potential improvements or solutions.


Other Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.

* Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role within the telecommunications industry.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information simply.

* Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs, feedback, and satisfaction metrics.

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.

* Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for managing customer interactions.
