Responsibilities

1. Design and implement performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn).
2. Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics such as ROI, CPA, CPC, and CTR.
3. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, tracking, optimization, and reporting.
4. Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
5. Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
6. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and business impact to stakeholders.
