Responsibilities

- Focus on completing the targeted handover with utmost care ensuring smooth visa processing.
- All enquiries from the customers are to be answered by giving clear information on the visa
documentation status and related activities.
- Proofread the documents updated by the documentation team and ensure complete and
correct information is shared with the customer
- Follow up with the customer for any pending documents required as per the rules of each
country
- Ensure Google reviews are collected from the customers served and acknowledge their
responses or feedback.

Other Requirements

• As a Visa-Operations (CIT) specialist, the ideal candidate must possess excellent skills in Visa Processing, Documentation, Customer focus, Customer Service, Customer Experience, Time Management, Attention to detail, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills. 
• The candidate must be able to efficiently handle the visa application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. 
• A strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience is essential. 
• Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with clients and colleagues are crucial. 
• Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to build positive relationships and effectively resolve any issues that may arise during the visa processing journey.
