Responsibilities

• As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to the effective functioning of the HR department. 
• Your responsibilities will include assisting with employee onboarding, managing HR-related documents and databases, providing administrative assistance to the HR team, and facilitating effective communication between employees and management. 
• You will also be responsible for fostering positive employee relations, utilizing your strong interpersonal communication skills.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be necessary for data management and reporting. Time management, typing skills, and attention to detail will also be essential in this role.
