Responsibilities
- Ensure occupational safety at work area

- Proper Maintenance of reports and stock handling
- Ensure availability and readiness of workshop equipment's / hand tools
- Effective utilization of manpower and other resources to maximize bay productivity
- Monitor and evaluate technician efficiency and productivity
- Monitor Repeat complaints and take counter measures

- As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), candidates must possess a strong understanding of safety regulations, quality checks, maintenance procedures, inventory management, and supervision skills.
- Additionally, proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- The ability to manage time effectively, demonstrate organizational skills, and exhibit leadership qualities will also be advantageous.
