Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support for technical incidents and issues in the production environment.
- Monitor and analyze server performance, troubleshoot problems, and optimize resources to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Automate software builds, deployments, and configuration management using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or equivalent.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and develop long-term resolutions.
- Collaborate with customers to provide technical assistance, support system integration, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Other Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in server, product, or application support.
- Proficiency with system monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix) and log analysis.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to server management.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience writing SQL queries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and customers.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
