Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality curriculum and course materials for undergraduate and graduate courses in Generative AI.
• Teach a range of courses, including but not limited to, Introduction to AI, Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Advanced Topics in Generative AI.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Generative AI and incorporate this knowledge into the curriculum.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Conduct research and contribute to the field through publications, presentations, and other scholarly activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the departments academic programs and initiatives.
• Participate in departmental and institutional service activities, including committee work and student recruitment efforts.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports diversity and encourages student engagement

Other Requirements

• A Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related field with a focus on Generative AI.
• Proven teaching experience in higher education, with a track record of effective instruction in AI-related courses.
• Extensive knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including GANs, variational autoencoders (VAEs), and other deep learning models.
• Strong programming skills and experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to students with varying levels of technical expertise
• Experience with applied AI projects and industry collaboration.
• A demonstrated record of research and publication in Generative AI or related areas.
• Experience with online and hybrid teaching modalities.
• Engagement with professional organizations and networks in the field of AI.
