Responsibilities
• Conduct extensive research and user testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business requirements, and technological constraints.
• Translate complex concepts into user-friendly designs, considering user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, pattern libraries, and UI kits to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design, and leverage this knowledge to continually improve our products.
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure a seamless handoff of design assets and provide support during the development process.
Other Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a track record of creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
• Excellent knowledge of user research techniques, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles and the ability to work closely with developers.
