Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of application development projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring clear project goals and milestones.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Work with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA testers.
• Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders and facilitate communication.
• Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals and deadlines.
• Risk Management & Problem-Solving:
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Resolve issues and remove obstacles to ensure projects stay on track.
• Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage resources and project timelines to ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality products.
• Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
• Ensure that development teams follow best practices in application development, quality assurance, and coding standards.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software/application development.
• Strong knowledge of application development methodologies
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Experience with end-to-end project management, from planning through delivery.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
• Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
