Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of application development projects.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring clear project goals and milestones.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA testers.
- Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders and facilitate communication.
- Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals and deadlines.
- Risk Management & Problem-Solving:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Resolve issues and remove obstacles to ensure projects stay on track.
- Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage resources and project timelines to ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
- Ensure that development teams follow best practices in application development, quality assurance, and coding standards.
- Oversee the testing phase to guarantee product quality before launch

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software/application development.
- Strong knowledge of application development methodologies
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Experience with end-to-end project management, from planning through delivery.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
