Responsibilities

  • The Head of Sales - Study Abroad is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth in the study abroad market. 
  • This role requires strong sales, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate the sales team. 
  • The Head of Sales - Study Abroad is responsible for providing top-notch customer service by enhancing the customer experience and building long-term relationships. 
  • Additionally, this position requires exceptional marketing, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills to secure partnerships and achieve sales targets.
  •  Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a strategic mindset are essential for success in this role.

Other Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the Study Abroad/Overseas Education industry
• Individuals who are able to understand the culture of UAE countries, India and understand the buying capacity of students from these countries would be advantageous.
• Sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what the abroad university is offering to its prospective learners and aligning them with the requirements.
• Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. MBA Preferred
