Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Address customer inquiries, provide relevant information, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
• Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team leader.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude during interactions with customers.
