Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract and hire top talent for various roles within the animation studio.
- Employee Relations: Develop and implement strategies to foster positive employee relations, address employee concerns, and maintain a healthy work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback to drive employee growth and development.
- Learning and Development: Design and facilitate training programs, workshops, and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws, industry standards, and the organization's culture.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- · HR Data Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to derive insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making for HR strategies.
- · HR Projects and Initiatives: Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes, enhance employee experience, and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing HR department.
- Organizational Development: Work with management to develop and implement strategies to align HR practices with the animation studio's business objectives and growth plans.
