Responsibilities

 Sales and Business Development:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs).
  • Identify and approach potential clients, including small businesses, fleet operators, and individuals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline through cold calling, referrals, and networking.

· Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about LCV models, features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations effectively to close sales.

· Sales Process Management:

  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions and transaction details.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for customer financing options and ensure timely processing of paperwork.
  • Ensure proper delivery of vehicles to customers and follow up post-delivery for customer satisfaction.

· Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss performance, share insights, and plan strategies.

· Product Knowledge and Training:

  • Stay updated on the latest LCV products, features, and competitive offerings.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Other Requirements

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or LCV segment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license.
