Responsibilities
- To collect Customer feedback in an organized manner and maintain the database to collectively improve on the satisfaction and dissatisfaction parameters.
- Building up a Good Image and Rapport.
- Maintain Effective and Timely Communication.
- Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquette.
- Make calls and follow up.
- Maintain complete and accurate telephonic correspondence data.
- Recording complaints, problems, qand ueries and providing suitable answers and assistance.

- As an Executive - CAC, strong communication, cold calling, interpersonal skills, and customer service expertise are essential.
- The ideal candidate will excel in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
