Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the day to day running of the office including supply management, liaisoning with property management, Local government bodies and statutory compliances.
• Coordination with housekeeping, security department and their overall supervision.
• Creating and maintaining filing systems.
• Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups
• Interpret instructions and issues arising; ensure the compliance according to policies and procedures of the company.
• Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
• Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems in consultation with concerned department heads.
• Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned as per directions of management from time to time.
