Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative content strategies for existing IPs and channels.
- Conceptualize, develop, and pitch new video content ideas aligned with the company s vision and target audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, marketing) to bring content ideas to fruition.
- Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to identify content opportunities and trends.
- Stay updated on the latest digital media trends and platforms.
- Monitor content performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
- Manage content calendars and schedules.
- Collaborate with external partners and influencers as needed.

- Proven experience in content development and programming for digital platforms, particularly YouTube.
